Job Site Anti Theft Planning
We will assist you in developing a thorough job site anti-theft plan. The first step is to decide on
a sensible, written security plan during the per-construction period. We actively participate
within your total job site security plan.
Security Responsibilities and Administration
Responsibility should be assigned to the project manager, project
engineer or superintendent; we administer polices and procedures.
Access Control

Incoming and Outgoing Material Deliveries
We ensure that everything is properly recorded when it is
stored or removed from the site. Typically, thieves will not
attempt a theft from a job site if they cannot readily enter
the site, load the products and be away within 5 or 10 minutes.
Hostile Terminations
An Integral Officer will assist you in hostile terminations.
After a difficult termination, we make your job site extra
secure through the use of additional security and possibly the changing of locks.
Immobilize Equipment
When they are not in use, we remove keys from idle equipment; secure equipment with chains
and locks; install tracking devices on large equipment.
Incident Reporting
We report any incident that involves the theft of heavy equipment or materials.
Local law enforcement is made aware of the occurrence of every incident of theft or vandalism.
Law enforcement will patrol more effectively and to be able to work assist in locating the stolen
equipment. When reporting an incident, we include as much detail as possible; including year,
make, model, serial numbers, company identification (logos, decals, internal numbers, unique
paint), and any attachments or customized features to assist the authorities in trying to locate a
piece of stolen equipment
Discourage Vandalism
We place security guards on vandalism-prone locations; use video cameras; have our company
signs in place; lock up buildings at the end of the day; and use temporary door and window
closures.
