Experience
Only security professionals only who want to participate and share in the company's growth
opportunity are considered for employment. Candidates must have at least two years
experience; however, most of our officers have five to ten years experience.
Physical Fitness
Candidates must be of at least 21 years of age. Integral officers
must be physically fit and be a credible deterrent against threats
of violence and theft.
Education
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Also, the applicant should demonstrate an ability to read, write, and speak English.
Computer literacy is required.
Criminal History
Candidates must not have been convicted of a felony
or job related crime.
Drug testing
Candidates must be drug free and pass drug testing.
Fingerprints
A candidate’s submission of electronic fingerprint is processed for a criminal history check.
Integral Protection Security Officer's are screened by the (NCIC) National Crime Information
Center. The NCIC is a computerized index of criminal justice information (criminal record of
history information). It is available to Federal, state, and local law enforcement and other
justice agencies and is operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The purpose for maintaining
the NCIC system is to provide a computerized database for ready access by a criminal justice
agency making an inquiry and for prompt disclosure of information in the system from other
criminal justice agencies about crimes and criminals. Candidates undergo a complete criminal
history check encompassing the candidates entire lifetime. Those candidates who have an
unacceptable criminal history are denied registration and licensing by the Bureau of Security
and Investigative services. They subsequently are denied employment with Integral Protection
Inc.
Photographs
Candidates must submit two recent (within the past 30 days) passport size photographs for
purposes of identification and licensing.
Personal Information
Candidates must submit their current and previous work and residential addresses and phone
numbers for at least the last seven years.
